Some Wildlife Award winning gardens and school grounds

To qualify for your Wildlife Award Certificate and plaque:

Send in photographic evidence to show that you have five or more of the following to include at least one from each category habitats, planting and management.

Habitats:

Wildlife Pond in good condition

Bog or permanently wet area

Bird bath

Bat boxes and Bird boxes

Planting:

Wildflower Meadow and / or long grass area

Nectar rich flowers and shrubs

Mixed native hedge

Mature native trees

Management:

Log pile and/or substantial decaying tree stump

Compost Heap

No-go area (undisturbed area)

Climbing plants/Trellises suitable for nesting and feeding

Slug pellet free

Habitats

Planting

Management
