Membership

We have several membership options for you to choose from:

• Wildlife Watch: for any children under 16 at the same address and sharing publications (this option does not include adult membership or publications). £10 pa
• Student: for an adult in full time education. £10 pa
• Individual: for one adult. £25 pa
• Family: for 2 adults at the same address and sharing publications. £30 pa
• Family Watch: for 1 or more adults and any children under 16 at the same address and sharing both Adult and Watch publications. £35 pa
• Life: life time membership for an individual adult. £500
• School: £50 pa
• Small Business: contact the Trust for details

All subscriptions shown are the minimum payable. Many members pay more, for which the Trust is very grateful. What can you afford to help look after our local wildlfie?

Adult membership includes:

• Free access to our 21 nature reserves.
• 3 issues each year of the Trust's own magazine "Breconshire Wildlife & Naturalist", which tells you about Brecknock's wildlife and what we are doing to protect it.
• 3 issues each year of "Welsh Wildlife", the magazine of the Welsh wildlife trusts.
• 3 issues each year of "Natural World", the magazine of the UK Wildlife Trust.
• 2 issues of our "Events Leaflet", with details of forthcoming events, walks, talks and volunteer opportunities.
• A copy of our "Reserves Handbook" with maps, directions and descriptions.

How to join:

• By post - download and complete the Membership Application Form (please note prices on leaflet are pre 2013 - please use prices shown on this website) and send it to: Brecknock Wildlife Trust, Lion House, Bethel Square, Brecon, Powys, LD3 7AY. Note: cheques should be made payable to 'Brecknock Wildlife Trust'.
• Visit the office - to collect and complete the forms.

Gift Aid:

Many people also make their contributions to the Trust even more valuable by agreeing that their payments should be topped up by Gift Aid.

If you pay income tax and complete a Gift Aid declaration, then we can claim back from the Inland Revenue an extra £0.25 on every £1 you give to us at no extra cost to you.
